From whom do we collect personal information?

This policy applies to the Company’s collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in the following categories of people:

Website visitors: Individuals who visit our websites and may provide certain data to contact us (such as their email address) to receive messages from the Company. For purposes of this policy, “websites” shall together refer to all other websites owned by the Company and linking to this policy. For clarity, “websites” do not include any websites owned or operated by our customers.

Customers: Those who register themselves or on behalf of an entity or organization to use any of the Company’s services (as defined below), including account system administrators. For purposes of this policy, “services” shall refer to all products or service offerings provided by the Company.

End users: Individuals who visit our customers’ websites and whose information we process to provide services to our customers in accordance with our agreements with them.

Participants: Individuals who provide their information to Company representatives or the Company when they participate or register to participate in events sponsored by the Company or other events in which the Company participates.

This policy does not apply to our customers’ websites, which may have their own terms and privacy policies. Our customers are solely responsible for determining policies and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to the collection of personal information in connection with the use of our services by end users with whom our customers interact.

Privacy Policy According to Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law

In accordance with Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law, we are required to inform you of your rights regarding the use of personal information submitted to us, as well as the conditions and limitations of the use of this information.

Your consent to use personal information

You must give us your explicit consent to use personal information about you for marketing or advertising purposes. Accordingly, if we have not been given your explicit consent to use personal information, we will not use it for these purposes.

Your right to view and correct personal information

According to Amendment 13 of the Law, you have the right to view the personal information in our possession and request to correct it if it is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

Your right to request deletion

You also have the right to request the deletion of your personal information if the information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or if you are convinced that the use of the information does not meet the requirements of the Law.

Restrictions on using personal information for marketing purposes

According to the Law, you have the right to stop the use of your information for marketing purposes, and in particular the receipt of advertising material and marketing communications. If you choose to do so, we will ensure that no further advertisements are sent to you.

Conditions for transferring personal information to third parties

We will not transfer your personal information to third parties unless we are required to do so by law or in cases where you have explicitly consented to it. Any sharing of information will be done in accordance with the conditions listed in this privacy policy.

Note for minors

We do not knowingly collect or request personal information from anyone under the age of consent (as determined by the applicable laws in which the person resides; “age of consent”). By accessing, using, or interacting with our websites or services, you confirm to us that you are not under the age of consent. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under the age of consent without verification of parental consent, such information will be deleted upon discovery. What personal information do we collect?

Website visitors:

Name, email address, and additional contact details. We request, and at your choice – collect from you your contact information (such as name and email address) when you submit web forms on our websites, including opportunities to register and consent to receive email messages from us. We may also ask you to submit such personal information if you choose to use interactive features of the websites, including participation in surveys, requesting customer support, or other communications with us. We will send such messages in accordance with the law.

Log files. Just as you visit and interact with most websites and services provided over the Internet, when you visit our websites, we collect certain information and store it in log files. This information may include but is not limited to Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, system configuration information, referral website addresses, and local preferences and language.

Cookies and other tracking technologies. How do we use the personal information we collect?

The Company processes personal information only in a manner that is compatible and relevant to the purpose for which it was collected or authorized. As a general rule, for all categories of data we collect, we may use the information we collect (including personal information, if relevant) to:

We may combine information we collect as described above with personal information we receive from third parties. For example, we may combine information entered in the Company’s sales submission form with information we receive from a third-party sales intelligence platform provider to improve our ability to market our services to customers or potential customers.

Interest-based advertising and user choice

Through our websites and services, we may provide advertisements tailored to you, for example, advertisements based on your recent browsing behavior on various websites, browsers, or devices.

In order to target advertisements to you for products and services that you may be interested in, we, as well as certain third parties, may use tracking technologies to display advertisements based on your visits to websites, to target advertisements to you for products and services in which you may be interested, and to measure the effectiveness of the advertisements. These tracking technologies are controlled by the specific privacy policy of each third party, not this one.

You can turn off certain third-party tracking technologies used for behavioral advertising purposes by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative or by visiting the DAA’s opt-out program or the EDAA Consumer Choice page (if you reside in the European Union). Please note that certain tracking technologies operate at the device and browser level, so in order to fully withdraw your consent across devices, you will need to do so on each device and browser separately.

How do we share your personal information?

We work with other companies that help us manage our business (“Service Providers”). These companies provide services to help us store information (such as cloud storage companies), provide customer support, process credit card payments, monitor and analyze the performance of our services and websites, manage and communicate with our existing customers, as well as lead to sales, provide marketing support, provide fraud prevention services, and otherwise operate and improve our services. These service providers are permitted to process personal information only in accordance with our instructions and in accordance with both this privacy policy and other relevant confidentiality and security measures and regulations.

Specifically, we do not permit our service providers to use any personal information we share with them for their own marketing purposes or for any purpose other than in connection with the services they provide to us.

In addition to sharing with service providers as described above, we may also share your information with others in the following circumstances:

Please note that our businesses, as well as our trusted partners and service providers, are located worldwide. All information we collect (including your personal information) is stored and processed in different jurisdictions worldwide (including the United States) for the purposes described in this privacy policy. Please note that some data recipients may be located outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). In such cases, we will transfer your data only to such countries that are approved by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection, or we will enter into legal agreements that ensure an adequate level of information protection.

Whenever the Company shares personal information originating from the EEA or Switzerland with a Company entity outside the EEA or Switzerland, it will do so on the basis of the European Union’s standard contract clauses or the Privacy Shield framework.
